Upon a personal reference from a friend in Murrells Inlet, who was selling his condo, my wife and I contacted Reena to be our buying agent in the purchase of this condo in October 2021. We used Reena Artz as our real estate agent to sell our Condo in Myrtlewood in Myrtle Beach, SC. She had a buyer for us within two days of it being listed. As we were out of state she had many additional issues to deal with the sale. She selected the closing attorney for us. We had issues with our bank sending the paperwork to Horry County to get the Mortgage Satisfaction. Reena checked with County Website daily to verify when it was completed. She kept us informed as to when the closing would occur. Due to several issues the closing was delayed for two weeks. This was not caused by any of Reenas actions.
